Joe has always been handsy to both men and women. He crosses my comfort zones and the same for many others. I saw when then passed a bill in the Senate and he talked to another Senator who was sitting down. He pushed his forehead against the other guy as he was talking. That would creep me out, but I am sure he was not trying to fuck him. To Biden, it is not sexual. I have worked with other people who were inside my comfort zones and it bothered me.
