Trump is so stupid he cannot even get the justice department to do his ignorant ideas. They are not smart like Trump, They think you have to commit a crime before they should be arrested or charged.

Given that the alleged order to indict Comey and Clinton came from an anonymous source I’d be careful about climbing out on that limb. Or if you’ve learned nothing the past two years—climb away lol.

It’s also ironic you’d say that after some of the shenanigans that have gone on within the DOJ—again, over the past two years.

Trump can’t indict or order an indictment because the president lacks the authority to do that. According to the NYT *own reporting* on the subject: WH counsel stated that Trump “never, to his knowledge, ordered that anyone prosecute Hillary Clinton or James Comey.”

That little nugget was buried in paragraph 6.

What the president IS authorized to do is order an investigation and/or appoint an SP.

You’re conceding that the whole Trump-indictment thing is Fake News?

The video was Hannity going on about Clinton/DNC corruption. That’s certainly a broad topic lol. Hillary is certainly indictable but I don’t see what that has to do with the limits of presidential authority.
