The story you cited was exactly that, a story - from a Right wing website. The ballots were counted, the ballots were certified.
You are delusional, there was no unusual “stoppage”, Trump is very skilled at taking advantage of people like you.

Seems he has two big advantages. A great number of his supporters lack inquisitive and rational intelligence while not at all lacking desire to believe what pleases them to be true.
Trump complains that he was winning until late night and early morning swarms of Biden votes showed up, signaling fraud, what else?
The what else is:
1. The Republican demand that counting of absentee ballots, which were expected to favor Democrats and did and after Trump told Republicans to shun them, not start until the polls closed, and there were unprecedented numbers of them.
2. The west coast and big city ballots which typically favor Democrats coming in at their normal later hours.
3. The regular pattern in Presidential elections. We've had elections that weren't decided until the following day or even days.
When Trump said he was shocked at 11 p.m. without the election having been decided in his favor he was feeding the base its usual diet of bullcrap.
The what else is:

There was a brief stoppage in one county in GA. There was no nationwide stoppage. Again....where are you getting that?
What you're proving is that some people just want to believe. It doesn't matter what the facts are; they just want to believe it.
