The NY TIMES says its not made up. "Wiretaps used on Trump and staff reveal....." "Phone calls intercepted....before the election." "US crime agencies investigating Trump and Russian connection....." In the spring of 2016. All this was released from left wing media sources using supposed anonymous moles from the 6 US intelligence agencies. What? These sources are now unreliable? And the president is a looney tune because he simply connected all these articles together and wondered just how his staff's phone call's were intercepted when Clapper denies any FISA warrants? Really?
