As usual, Walt has terminal confusion over this subject.

Trump is suing the IRS for $10 billion--an admittedly absurd figure--for the release of his tax returns and information. That is a serious legal breech, but it isn't worth $10 billion. If anything, a number of other billionaires could join this lawsuit against the IRS for that breech of information as their returns were released too.

The breech went on for several years through a law firm that was contracted by the IRS to prevent this sort of thing, among other things. They too could be held libel. Walt's version is a fiction based on delusional fantasy.

Again, not worth $10 billion, but it is a serious lawsuit for a serious reason.
