i think for any consequences to happen an accusation is not enough there has to be a conviction. We have due process after all. I mean if an accusation is enough in this case then it should be enough in others as well and nobody wants that.

Difference is the former can actually be done and no matter how many times you watch the video about which she made the claim, her being thrown to the ground isn't going to happen.
