Trump campaign manager charged with simple battery, you're fired?

A simple battery conviction requires neither one.
He will be found guilty and serve community service in Jupiter Floriduh this summer.
No one cares.

What will this racist black bitch serve for doing the same thing to a white person she thought shouldn't do something with his hair? That's right, the little racist Leon that claims he addresses things like this doesn't think there's anything wrong with black people doing such things. He was simply trying to go by and she put her hands on him.

If this is true it certainly sheds a different light on it.

Trump campaign manager charged with simple battery

Donald Trump's campaign manager Corey Lewandowski was arrested and charged in Jupiter, Florida, with simple battery of former Breitbart reporter Michelle Fields, according to police.

The Jupiter Police Department told CNN that Lewandowski was arrested Tuesday morning after turning himself in on the misdemeanor charge of simple battery.
They said Lewandowski has been released and his initial court appearance is scheduled for May 4. The department also released new video that shows the alleged incident from an overhead angle.

About time. Will Trump say: You're fired?

i think for any consequences to happen an accusation is not enough there has to be a conviction. We have due process after all. I mean if an accusation is enough in this case then it should be enough in others as well and nobody wants that.

This is politics, not the law. Trump needs women voters to win. Trump has like a 70% disapproval rating among women. He's not doing himself any favors here.

so if its for politics or public perception people should be punished just for an accusation?

What do you think politics is my man? You new to this?

I don't care what Trump does. The info I posted about women previously is factual however.

I guess its refreshing to see a candidate stand up for his peoples civil rights instead of throwing them under the bus at the first sign of trouble.

And her behavior is definitely admissible in Court, along with her initial claim she was thrown to the ground and then changing it to ALMOST falling to the ground; which will show that she's just trying to garner publicity.

Well, I take back pretty much everything I said and I expect this one will get Deep-Sixed lol. Trump is right to stick up for that guy.

And he claimed her pen could have been a "little bomb." :D

You can go on youtube and see how to do just that. You can also go onto youtube and see the video where she claimed to have been thrown to the grown. Difference is the former can actually be done and no matter how many times you watch the video about which she made the claim, her being thrown to the ground isn't going to happen.

I don't see how, according to the definitions in the article. How is he going to prove he was "intentionally touched against his will"? She's the one with bruise marks.

1. Actually and intentionally touches or strikes another person against the will of the other; or

2. Intentionally causes bodily harm to another person.”

You only included parts of it. If you keep reading or get someone to read it to you, when she willfully approached Trump, her actions met Florida law for simple battery. She didn't have to intend to touch him only do something of her own will the PRODUCED that result.

And she claimed that he pulled her to the ground.
And then she claimed that she almost fell.

While there are videos on youtube showing how to make a pen bomb, no matter how many times you watch the Michelle Fields video, she isn't going to be thrown to the ground as she claimed.
