You are simply wrong, there are some counts the Court did not already decide, but this is about those 6 counts and the penalty.

Trump did not ask for a Jury Trial, btw.
 
Trump has lied his entire life. In some ways, it's the thing he is most adept at. He lies & lies & lies, and then he just lies some more.

He simply doesn't know how to tell the truth. And he's not interested in telling the truth.

But this fraud trial - it shows that his ENTIRE LIFE has been a lie. The "myth of Trump" is just that. His business "success" was largely smoke & mirrors.

He is a total disgrace.
