This seems stupid, it was almost certainly fully searched 48 hours after they had it, and DOJ is very corrupt now, they dont give a fuck what a judge says, they will continue to use what they found.

So, they got the data from his phone and then returned it. Nothing different about that then most searches. They also returned some of Guiliani's devices. Someone doesn't have to be the target of a criminal investigation to be served a warrant.

If the FBI lied repeatedly then why was Durham only able to charge one person with changing one document? Your claim doesn't seem to make sense in light of the actual facts.

They could have easily gone through the guy's lawyers rather than send three (3) agents to hunt him down on vacation with his family and use a search warrant. Intimidation anyone?

In 2014, Shokin had investigated Burisma for money laundering and tax irregularities, per USA TODAY.

The probe focused on 2010-12, according to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau.

Hunter Biden — who joined the board in 2014 and served on it until early 2019 — was not the subject of the investigation.

It's amazing how Biden got a prosecutor removed in 2016 for an investigation that ended in 2012 and then Hunter didn't join the board until 2014. It makes one wonder how time works in Trump world.

Perhaps they did subpoena it and he refused. You don't know and I don't know. We do know that the search warrant was valid in spite of all your claims to the contrary.
