Well, I do believe 29 States have decriminalized it to some extent. And I'm a bit shocked they've gotten away with it. I believe the only reason they have is because they circumvented the law by declaring it medicine ... and making it legally "testable" on that basis.

States are testing grounds, but not in instances where the Feds have already decided the issue. For instance, States can't "test" machine gun sales. Nor could they test alcohol sales during prohibition. Nor test a ban on a abortion. IMO. I guess they could test those things, but the courts would shoot them down immediately.

Socialist Democrat liberal hero, FDR, of racist concentration camp fame, made pot illegal, and congress is the only one that can permanently fix it.

The whole “medicinal” marijuana thing has been a scam and nothing more than a way to push for full legalization

The data sucks but you won’t convince those that really want them get high.

Whatever avenue they use, I would like to see it decriminalized.

But, and I'm going to get some flack here, I don't want to see edible weed legalized (because kids will eat it by mistake) .

I just disagree that it's a right wing racist thing holding legalization back. On the federal level it's very bi-partisan. There are pro weed sites that wrote anti Hillary articles claiming she told big banks in speeches she would not support legalization.
