Obama inherited a RETRACTING near depression economy, which was almost unheard of since WWII. He turmed it into about 7 years of constant growth economy despite continued global retraction. Trump started with a slow steady growth economy and

trump promised that offshoring was over, if he were to be elected. He lied about a few domestic jobs the he supposedly created/kept re. Carrier/Ford/Cat, etc, but by now corporations are immune to the tweets that move price share for two days or so.

They continue to offshore labor, because the promise of tax cuts does nothing to increase profits the way cheap labor does.
