Trouble/Challenges in Milwaukee

blacks who support themselves live where ever they want.......blacks supported by the government have to live close to government support.......

Boy you guys really show yourselves even when it's not your intention. How about whites supported by the government? After all there are more of them than blacks.

If Cawacko's point is that society works best when people congregate with their own race, religion or ethnic group, I disagree.

To be totally clear here I have in no way, shape or form said people should self segregate. Never said that or implied it. What I have said is people are going to choose where they live based on different factors, the biggest one being econonics.

It can be. Do you ever hear it used as a positive when referring to blacks?

It's usually minority and poor people who use the word against whites and the wealthy. I can give you dozens upon dozens of articles, papers, speeches, videos etc of minorities and poor people speaking out against gentrification. Do you have examples of it being used in a positive way?

Maybe I wasn't being very clear. Do you ever hear the term "gentrification" used when black people move into a particular area? I don't. Mostly around here you hear "there goes the neighborhood."

We have a section here called Penn Hills. It used to be mostly middle-class whites living there. Over time more middle-class blacks started moving in and the result was white flight. I worked with a woman who moved out for that very reason. She said there were too many of "them" moving in and she wasn't a bit embarrassed about saying that.

Sure, we called it white flight and it went on from cities for decades. What we have now though are whites and others with money moving back into cities forcing out poorer minorities, I.e. gentrification.

of course.....look at West Virginia and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan........but your question was "why are there largely-black neighborhoods today?".....don't bitch because I answered your question, Chrispy........it makes you look ridiculous......

Should whites live in largely white communities?

Nobody "should" live where they're not happy but I'm uncomfortable with the idea of segregated communities, even if the people living there don't look at it that way.

I think people can live wherever they want. As long as the gov't doesn't allow discrimination like it used to then people have the right to choose where and who they want to live around.

The black population, for instance, is relatively small overall in the U.S. Over 50% of blacks live in the South. Should we try to push blacks to move out of the South so that other areas of the country have a larger black population?

Then you should explain to that family member of yours, that their language was unacceptable.

document my prejudice you lying liberal bitch......you've been listening to that fuck-up BucKKKle so long you actually are beginning to believe him.......

You know that she's not going to answer you; because it's the way she FEELS and to liberals, it's all about the FEELS and the FACTS be damned. :D

Everyone here understands your racism Pimp. You believe you can keep it covert and hidden , but it is as plain as your lap doggie partisan hackery.
You can't even bring yourself to identify a single racist. You wish to protect and defend them because they unvaryingly vote republican.

no. Rioting is like going to war -it's the ultimate breakdown of law and order.
But we have a DoJ who can step in an order restructuring/elimination of systemic corruption/loss of civilrights'

They do it all the time; thy just did it in Baltimore. By "corruption" I thought you meant unanswered calls for reform

you do realize and understand that DoJ is a federal government agency, right? part of the establishment that is corrupt?

Now don't get me wrong....rioting and burning down your neighborhood/business area under any circumstances does no one any good....but if that came from another innocent person being brutalized or killed by the police, as opposed to a criminal, one can understand the reaction.

What happened in Milwaukee is a reaction of the mindset, "you don't see the cops shooting white guys for the same crimes and actions". And TO A DEGREE, that is true, BUT IT IS NOT WHOLLY TRUE.

Essentially, this a bad reaction to a bad situation.

There's no putting a happy face on this one. The victim wasn't innocent but a perp; and he was shot by a black cop. Apparently we're supposed to believe black cops are in on the black genocide too.

Taichiliberal responds: Not so much that they are "in on it", but are conditioned to respond in a manner that is part of the group think...."us versus them". Sometimes you have black cops unjustly shooting/arresting/brutalizing black citizens...and subsequently getting the protection of the "blue wall of silence". :dunno:

It's obvious to many, many, people that racial discord has been ginned up by BLM, a media that refuses to challenge the BLM assumptions; an administration that picks sides in local issues involving race; a racial greviance industry that no one will challenge either out fear of being called racist or out of rank political considerations [theyre afraid to lose the black vote] or both.

Taichiliberal responds: You've just parroted the blinders wearing talking points of right wing radio/tv/print punditry. To date, NONE of those jokers can produce video or direct quotes from BLM LEADERSHIP that supports these assertions in no uncertain terms. It's the old story....black folk point out the congenital racism in American society and then they are lambasted by the majority media segments as disgruntled, unrealistic trouble makers because they are disturbing the mental comfort zone of the majority that all is well. TFB.

And all of this is going on in urban areas run by liberals, many of them black, and run according to liberal policies.

Taichiliberal responds: Another false talking point by right wing media.....all one has to do is a simple check as to time frames, locations against who was in charge, for how long and what policies they implemented. See, a partial truth or half the information does NOT tell the whole story.

To say it isn't working, is a gross understatement. And if Hillary wins the WH, it will only get worse and not better.

An assumption based on flawed and false premises on your part.
