Trayvon Martin murder update - Zimmerman's lawyers bail

As I said, this has far more the signs of ambulance chasers jumping in front of a parade for some fame than it does of some actual attorneys he hired. He wasn't returning their calls because he didn't hire them.

Well, according to the public statements of these two attorneys, which you can read at the link in the OP, they had talked to Zimmerman himself many times, he was always returning their calls previous to Sunday, and they had agreed to work for free on his case for the time being. They also said they have been working with Zimmerman's father on the website for Zimmerman. His father has not disputed any of this to my knowledge?

Of course they could both be lying. Like Zimmerman's ex girlfriend, the bitch who claimed he beat her. Like the cop who claimed Zimmerman used force against him. Like the dead boy's girlfriend. Like everyone Zimmerman comes into contact with.

He has just the worst little ole luck in the whole world. In fact, you've convinced me - I am going to donate to him right now. Poor dear.

Let's get real people. Drop the act. This guy is mentally unbalanced (and not just because his lawyers say so, his behavior in calling the police to report suspicious people 50 times is evidence of a complete crank), has a history of violence, and is legally armed under the laws of many states in this union.

And that's what the gun nuts are dying to divert from.

He's armed. And in many places, no doubt in the state he has fled to, it's legal for him to be armed.

And that's a problem. That's a big problem for the gun nuts.

1. I happen to agree he seems/is unstable.

2. It is not impossible to imagine how you might react if someone put a hit out on you. You can have a hit out on you for many reasons other than this incident like God forbid (or whoever you would use in place of God) some crazy anti-feminist saw something you wrote and decided you were a target. So I think you can imagine how you might react.

I would not leave NY. Ny is where my entire support system is. Why would I leave that? When you are in trouble you might flee - if you have no support system. A lot of mental cases don't.

When did I ask you to donate to him? I'm just pointing out that this just doesn't appear to be attorneys that George hired, I think he stopped returning their calls because he didn't hire them. He may be emotionally messed up, but that doesn't mean every attorney who offers to help has been hired.
 
I'm curious to hear the "new evidence"! If Zimmerman doesn't get charged there will be havoc. If they are going to say this guy killed in self defense, they are going to have to prove it via a trial.

Hmmmmmmm I wonder what zimmerman wanted to tell Corey. There seems to be so many unprecedented incidents in this case.

I wonder if they are going to release the interview with the talk show host.

Nobody has to prove their defense, it is incumbent on the prosecution to prove the opposite.

We're not talking about every attorney. We are talking about the only, singular, one, law firm who has said this. And so far, none of their public statements have been disputed by the family.

Hey, when an unarmed kid is killed by a person, a prosecutor cant say well the officers screwed up(covered for you) Didn't collect enough evidence so I guess you and the entire law enforcements involved are off the hook. Someone is going to have to answer for their actions.

I'm not entirely sure that they would necessarily have his best interests at heart and that this wouldn't turn into a CYA situation, on their part.
