You've simply FAILED at every attempt to explain how Obama could have possibly blamed the terror attacks in Benghazi on a spontaneous uprising, but at the very same time, blame it on organized terrorism. The fact is, no explanation comports with logic. He couldn't possibly have said it was BOTH at the same time. He picked "spontaneous uprising" because that was the reason which made his administration least culpable and vulnerable to criticism, and that was the wrong pick because it wasn't the truth. When the truth came out, he tried to walk it all back, and you idiots tried to make a false claim about what he initially said. But it's too late for that, you can't take it all back, and expect the American people to buy your bullshit spin.

Take somebody at their word? You won't even take your own president at his word, you're running around trying to parse what he said and pretend he didn't blame the attacks on a fucking video....and that is WITH a transcript! Under Obama we got a plan to have drones flying over the US, we have more warrantless wiretapping, we have a man in jail for creating a video under the guise of violating a parole that we don't know he violated. (Can they prove that he put it on the web? If they can let's see the evidence, or let him out, he has rights...)

actually when one party reports on the conversation with the other party it isn't considered hearsay.....

It is when the Newspaper reporter reports what one person claims a third person said to him/her.

You've got a guy telling a newspaper reporter what the conversation was about, despite not having a single shred of evidence to support his claims.

THEN the newspaper reporter reports on what the first person told him, this despite neither the newspaper reporter nor the person being interviewed having any proof to back their claims.

Sounds like third party hearsay to me.
