The funds were withheld for a short amount of time, and not for the reasons you claim. I'd asked you to back up your claim, but we both know you won't and can't.

Trump personally held the funds back and never said why. In fact, he tried to hide the reason why by re-classifying the transcript and suppressing the whistleblower report.
