Transcript of DonOld’s speech

He is both evil and demented. Even the dumbass MAGAts in Congress are starting to see it.

The demented dumbasses on JPP will take a little longer. They ain't too smart. Sad.

It's one of the worst things I ever read, you can't even call it a speech. It's like a drunk rambling his stream of consciousness, and thinking he's the most brilliant person in the room. It's totally cringe. Pete spent taxpayer money to gather these generals together and inflict trump's drivel on them. I can just imagine what they're thinking.
........worst things I ever read.......TRUMP......TRUMP.......TRUUUUUUMP.....

I watched most of it.

I thought Trump had lost the ability to surprise me, but I was pretty slack-jawed. He seemed like he was asleep, but still able to string together a combination of nonsense & hostility.
.......BUT.......TRUUUUUUUMP!!!!....dontchayknow......

Trump is literally taking the food out of the mouths of mothers and children, cutting their medical insurance but blowing billions on bullshit like this.

All MAGAts are truly evil people and I have zero sympathy for what happens to them in the near future.
Another unhinged, lie filled rant from a mentally unstable Trump hating loon.

FAFO - a significant number of these generals voted for Trump, and they're getting exactly what they voted for.
I have no idea how they voted, but the military was split last time around between officers who didn't trust Trump and the enlisted personnel who voted for him. Career military personnel tend to take the "Duty, Honor, Country" maxim more seriously than someone who just served a few years. Look at the MAGAts who are veterans for an example. Only three JPP members retired from the military after 20+ years; only one is a MAGAt and I think he has cognitive issues. LOL

The poll below is about vets which means older Americans and many of them prior enlisted. The ratio of officers to enlisted varies by service. On average about 1 to 4.5.

According to exit polling from The Washington Post, 12% of voters served in the U.S. military. Of those, 65% say they voted for, Trump while 34% said they cast a ballot for Vice President Kamala Harris....

....The veteran turnout for Trump exceeded polling expectations. A recent Pew Research poll found that 61% of registered voters who are veterans, said they would vote for Trump while 37% favored Harris.

Military-wide, there is one officer for every 4.7 enlisted service members.

By comparing the number of officers in the respective services to the number of enlisted, Thompson found that the ratio of enlisted troops to officers was surprisingly low. For example, in the largest branch of the military, the Army, there are 388,564 active duty enlisted soldiers and 93,443 officers, which translates to a ratio of roughly four soldiers to every one officer. In the second-largest branch, the Navy, there are 287,179 enlisted sailors and 56,044 officers, so there’s about five enlisted sailors for every one officer. Military-wide, the ratio is 4.7 enlisted troops to every officer. That might come as a surprise when, for example, the Department of Defense website says that the smallest Army unit commanded by an officer is a platoon of about 36 soldiers.

It makes me sad.
It is sad.

OTOH, I have faith our nation will survive this and become better for. The $64 Question being "How much pain will the nation have to suffer before common sense returns?"

A second question is "How many MAGAts will end up dying of severe lead poisoning, "suicide" from overmedication with a laundry bag over their heads, falling off a cliff, accidental drowning while drunk, etc.? " in the event of a second civil war?

My nephew who is a commander in Germany told me he didn’t vote for Trump because he feared he would do exactly what he has done. I haven’t talked to him since 9/2024. I’d like to hear his thoughts on what is taking place. We don’t exchange texts for obvious reasons.

I don’t know what’s worse, reading it or hearing his low energy delivery. They are both awful.

I don't have time to read the entire speech right now.

What are you major objections in a nut-shell?
