He's confused a bit about how something like that works...the threats are real...Were there actual bombs? Perhaps not.... When there is a bomb threat at a school or office, they go on lockdown until there's an investigation...

The threats extended beyond the Layton location, with stores in Salt Lake, Taylorsville, and Provo also targeted.
