trump said china wants to do a deal now, but he wont, it up to him, not them he said.. Those poor farmers, why wont trump stop helping you & let you help yourself...:|

Big Ag doesn't give a shit about the regular farmers. In fact, they're hoping for more bankruptcies so that they can buy up more farm land and cattle/hog/chicken operations for pennies on the dollar. We've always known that (R)s are always on the side of business and not for us regular people. Their genius is that they've convinced the very ppl damaged by their policies that they *are* on their side.

This is what comes of believing that.
 
Sadly it sounds like a life lesson many of them are going to learn soon.....

Hopefully they can find jobs in the big city & adjust to living in a small apartment.........

trump is gonnna fight his war to the last farmer, even if it kills everyone of them...........
 
Tariffs are the least of their prpblems ( soybeans for ex.have been crashing in price) and Trump has given farmers tariff relief.

Will that "relief" cover all of their costs & losses?? How many will be forced out of business as a result?
 
Lots of healthy soybean fields around here.
It's not Trump that's pushing the small farmer out of business,
it's the large farms that drive prices down and flood the market.
Small farms around here are doing ok, no one's getting rich, but
they're surviving.

Indeed. It started with the milk industry. Gone are family farms. Big Ag wants fewer, larger milk producers.

Now it's dirt farmers.


trump has 30% of the country believing that China is paying billions in tariffs, and a portion of that goes to farmers. You know the lie is too ludicrous for prime time, when Neil Cavuto comes right out and calls you a liar on Fox.


I saw Levon numerous times, including at his barn in Woodstock. Great loss for humanity. This was done just before his passing

I have, & the answer is no..

Many of them still have fields under water, to muddy to plant & the lucky ones got theirs in, but late, so if there is an early frost it was all for not..

Relief won’t recover the markets they’ve lost. The markets that have taken decades to build. I feel really bad for my friends and family in KS, the hog and corn markets are also suffering.

None of this gets settled until after China talks one way or the other.
China has promised a large US Argi buy -but they haven't done so.
 
Not a rhetorical question. What policies regarding trade help the regular person? Trade deals have been deemed to help only the top 1% and hurt the American worker. And tariffs are deemed to hurt the regular person as well. What's the middle ground that is believed to help the average Joe?

From what I can find they did make purchases. Since we don't know how much was actually purchased vs promised who can we believe when they both are dishonest brokers?? :dunno:

Anyway, we are sending raw commonalities & they send back finished products to us, like we are a 3rd world country......????

dont forget US manufacturing has made a great comeback. 500k new jobs under Trump.
last month up 16k

China needs our market much more then we do theirs
