This is the dual message we are getting from the left today. The maniac who gunned down 14 people in Arizona, supposedly was inflamed by the rhetoric of the tea party and the right, specifically, Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman. It's all of this "right wing" hate talk, which prompts crazy people to do crazy shit! It doesn't matter what else they listened to or read, (including the Communist Manifesto and Mein Kampf), or what anarchist ramblings they carried on for months before, no.... it was clearly the fault of Fox News and the Tea Party, campaign graphics with bullseyes and crosshairs... that's what set him off. His blatant disregard for life, is because of people like Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh, those on the right, (who this guy never listened to) who urged him to do this heinous deed. It's most certainly not attributable to anything the left has espoused over the course of the last decade, not the movies depicting the assassination of President Bush, Obama urging his supporters to bring a gun, if they bring a knife, or any of a number of other assorted statements from the left... nope, none of that played any role at all, nor did the 24/7 violence in video games, music or movies.... Or the blatant anti-God, anti-life, anti-respect for life rants from Atheist liberals... Those are all perfectly FINE... it's the right wing talk radio crowd and tea party people, who are the cause of all this! Something must be done!
These people, on the heels of a major political defeat and fully realizing their days are numbered in political power, have gone for the ultimate grab here... They seek to exploit this tragedy to, "call for civility" and plea to us that we must change the tone.... the right, that is... the left can continue doing as they have always done, because none of this really applies to them. The problem is the rhetoric from the right, the ones who favor guns... Their viewpoints must be controlled and reigned in, not the godless hate-filled anti-life anti-responsibility immoral unethical rhetoric from the left.
