To those cheering the Roe vs. Wade over turn.

As ghastly as it is to revert backward as a result of Roe vs. Wade, a U.S. Supreme Court decision of over 48 years ago in 1973, it appears the current un-American, corrupted and tRump contaminated SCOTUS has attacked and disgraced the legacy of SCOTUS's former ruling. Yet the enemy from within has not completely destroyed abortion rights in America as a result of state's rights, in particular. This includes within reason and based on certain criteria in terms of a woman's inability to carry a full-term pregnancy that would result in her death, rape, incest and within a time frame before an embryo or zygote develops a heart at becoming a human. Then there are those trigger laws to consider among abortion rights advocates. This majority seditious SCOTUS currently overturned Row v Wade it did not overturn states' which is a Constitutional matter.

Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973), was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in which the Court ruled that the Constitution of the United States generally protects the liberty to choose to have an abortion.

No one, I mean no one has the customer service number for the gemini? Really? How fucking old is this thing?

Anyone selling them will be getting life sentences, far more profitable and less risky drugs to sell than baby murder pills.

You've already proved you are anti-American with this post:

Here's the thing:

No one is asking you & yours a damned thing.....it's a private decision between the woman, her partner/husband (if that is the case) and the doctor (if she has a primary healthcare physician). None of your tax dollars are funding such ... that old canard by the Christo-fascists has been put to bed numerous times. And no one is putting a gun to anyone's head saying "you must have an abortion". So mind your own damned business, because the same mindset you push here can be used to have states ban contraception of any kind. Hell, why not stop all this nonsense at the source? Make vasectomy mandatory for all males until they can prove financial and emotional maturity to be fathers? Or tubal ligation for all females with the same requirements for motherhood? If you're going to justify this latest BS, why not just be honest and go whole hog? It would be the theocratic thing to do.
;)

An emotional outburst like the above might make the poster feel better but is completely irrelevant to the facts of the decision and what it will or will not lead to.

Bullshit.

Let some dumbass, red state redneck governor or state attorney try to prosecute a company based in Canada, Mexico or the Bahamas for selling an FDA approved medication.

They'd be laughed right off the face of the planet.

Your precious SCOTUS "victory" is going to backfire right back in your faces.

There is no question that Roe v Wade was unConsitutional. Un-enumerated powers of government (like abortion), belong to the states ,and the people.

It ain't rocket science...but it IS racist.

I agre with that and FWIU, the abortion pill already accounts for around half the abortions in the US annually anyway.

But there are some women who are not very smart, or they don't have easy access to a clinic, or there could possibly be other factors that might come into play requiring them to seek an abortion after 15 weeks, etc.

It still boils down to the notion that the govt shouldn't be telling them what they can do with a not yet viable fetus inside their own womb.

Past 24 - 28 weeks, then tes, it should be banned as it already was.

I think this is more about the religious right wanting to pound their morality into the rest of our heads.

But I think the drug companies are going to work on finding a pill that works beyong 15 weeks.

I'm not a fan of abortion, but I would like to see the religious right get their little parade rained on and their little balloon popped.
They should make the pill available without a positive pregnancy test. People can have it on hand for immediate use when needed. I seem to remember a big fight about some colleges having them in vending machines.

obviously a false statement....you can be opposed to killing unborn children on a whim and still approve an abortion to save the life of a mother...balancing life against life is different than balancing life against "yeah, why not"......

I also recall that the response was that the morning after pill would not end a successful conception......are you saying that isn't true?.....

Agree with you on the liberty part, but some states allow Medicaid to pay for abortions so some taxpayer money is used. There has been an increased demand for vasectomies.

So then why aren't the ignorant, Bible thumping, Magic Sky Fairy worshipping, red state lawmakers doing that?

Why aren't they allowing provisions for rape and incest?

Don't answer. We know why.

It's because they're zealot assholes.

I also recall that the response was that the morning after pill would not end a successful conception......are you saying that isn't true?.....

Two different pills, Einstooge.

The abortion pill is actually two pills taken in a two step process that causes the uterus to abort the developing fetus by blocking the body's production of some kind of nutrient that the fetus requires to continue development.

The morning after pill is something else.

Agreed.

Make them so abundant that anyone anywhere can get as many as they want and for FREE no less.

Sit back and watch right-wing heads explode.

obviously then the one that causes abortions will be illegal in states that prohibit abortions.......gosh, I guess we solved that problem quickly, didn't we.....

You don't know why marriage got into this? Really? It's none of the feds business just like medical treatment isn't.

This is not a complicated concept. When shitty people tell Black people that they can't vote, that white people can't marry Black people, that consenting adults can't have anal sex, that same sex couples can't be married, and that women can't make their own medical decisions, then the federal government has to step in to force those shitty people to be slightly less shitty people. Unfortunately, shitty people now compose a majority of the Supreme Court.

The unborn "children" are fine. Don't you believe in a heaven for them or something?

and which one's aren't, Karen?

Ten states have enacted abortion bans without rape or incest exceptions:

Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Ohio, Tennessee and Texas.

In recent weeks, several other legislatures have been racing to enact abortion bans.

Arizona’s governor recently signed a 15-week abortion ban without rape or incest exceptions, although it is not yet in effect.

A similar 15-week ban without the exceptions is awaiting the governor’s signature in Florida.

obviously then the one that causes abortions will be illegal in states that prohibit abortions.......gosh, I guess we solved that problem quickly, didn't we.....

Let me guess..... you're not really a complete fucking idiot, you just play one on the internet?

No, you're the real deal in that regard.

Like I said.... If a company is located outside the US, say in Canada, which has already promised to cooperate in providing abortion services, or Mexico, who would probably relish the idea of shoving it up the right's ass for the way they behave on the immigration issue, or even the Bahamas, and they choose to ship an FDA approved medication to some ignorant shithole red state, there ain't shit that state can do about it.

So fuck you. :fu:
