Havent checked this thread in a while. Boy,...sure didn't take very long for the board lefties to show their true VILE colors did it? Reminds me of all the jokes, and the celebratory posts they made back in the Covid days any time a conservative would pass away WITH Covid. Some of these people are truly spiritually insane. Absolutely filled with darkness. And the ages of some of these people,....to be acting the way they are,...WOW! You would think people as close to death as they are would have attained more wisdom along the way but what is going on here is the darkness inside of them has overpowered any wisdom they may have gained upon life's way. Its sad actually. It is their TRUE nature,... deep down they are rebellious, they covet, they DEMAND things just be handed to them. They seem to feel the same way about the end of their life spans. Instead of trying to pass on things like kindness and forgiveness they are ANGRY and Jealous of others who have many more years left in the tank then they do. They have the mind set of .....If I have to go down I want everybody else to go down too. But that's not how it works. Instead they are only taking themselves down and there is no coming back from it. BTW,.....this thread actually makes me sick. Many of you should be ashamed but those who have already been " given up and given over" do not know what shame is anymore. How messed jump is that......

"King James" refers to the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible, and the phrases "given up" and "given over" appear in Romans 1:26 and 1:28, where God "gave them over" to reprobate minds and degrading passions as a judgment for their unrighteousness, while the command to "give" in Luke 6:38-40 is an instruction to be generous, as "give, and it shall be given unto you".
"God gave them up" (or "given over")
- Context:
These phrases appear in the book of Romans, specifically in chapter 1.
- Meaning:
The Bible teaches that when people persistently reject God and His knowledge, God allows them to fall into sinful ways. He gives them over to their own desires, a "reprobate mind" or "depraved mind," so they do things that are "not convenient" or "not proper".
