To appeal or not to appeal, that is the question.
We have two cases Letitia James and James Comey. Bookcases were dismissed without Prejudice. It may be impossible to re-indict Comey, but they could avoid the need for an appeal in the James case.
Appeal both cases OR appeal Comey and re-indict James.
The thing is, if they do the later…. The motion to dismiss James for vindictive prosecution will go forward and if she wins, the Comey prosecution will become a bigger joke than ever.
The cases are an embarrassment is like amateur hour at the Justice Department.
There are two more big issues in the Comey indictment, the vindictive prosecution AND the lack of a legitimate indictment, so the appeal could go up to the Supreme Court and embarrass TACO three times before it’s finally fully dismissed.
At least, if they keep appealing, these cases will provide another three years of entertainment.
Maybe if a Democrat wins in 28’ it will be fun to have both dismissed, but I prefer watching a jury take 2 minutes to find them not guilty.
