I never said evolution is fake. I said it is statistically and biologically impossible for evolution to be responsible for mankind in his present form. That isn't denying evolution.

There is no scam. Marijuana is a drug and can be used as one. It's just plain silly to think that an implausible use. You have not responded to my point.

21 is as arbitrary for marijuana as it is for alcohol. If you were looking for a reason why they chose 21 then even someone as severely stupid as you should have been able to put it together and see that they just went with the established and accepted standard.

The point is that just because it might be something we would not think safe/proper for a child does not mean that it is inherently unsafe. Your troll question and point was a fail.

Truthfully, I am of the opinion that we either need to bump up the age requirements for serving in the military to age 21 or lower the consumption age to 18. If you're old enough to die a horrible death in the service of the country, you should be old enough to enjoy a beer or a time legally.

The only issue that makes sense otherwise is the maturity argument....but hell, I see people my age getting DUI's all the time...so even that is irrelevant.

I agree. Still we recognize that children should be prohibited from certain goods, activities and relationships and there is no bright red line on when they are ready.
