obviously not all liberals voted trump, but in the blue wall area they absolutely did. clinton just ran up the count in california with a bunch of illegals.

Or, it could be apathy and liberals simply didn't vote for Hillary. According to her book, many liberals came up to her after Trump's win and tried to apologize for not voting, she said she would not give them absolution.

I think the election was more about apathy than voting for Trump. If it was really about Trump, he wouldn't have lost by so many popular votes. But he ran a good campaign and won the electoral votes that Clinton took for granted.
