Summed up, Most Americans support higher taxes, believe in globull warming, they could care less about rising crime, double-digit inflation, sagging retirement accounts, and the ongoing threats of war.
The republicans were disappointed last night. Time to let it go and let the chips fall where they may. Life goes on.
I feel the most sorry for the mindless people of Pennsylvania who voted for a rutebaga to send to DC, but in retrospect, there arre a lot of vegetables there already.

I love it! They were posting a hooded tuxedo on Twitter suggesting he wear it when he’s sworn into office. You misspelled a simple word like "rutabaga" and you're criticizing Fetterman?
There are a lot of vegetables in PA and according to the electoral map, 80% of them are RED.
You sad sacks don't appreciate Fetterman's brains and sly sense of humor because you all have neither.

We have 12 regional Courts of Appeal, we should have 13 SCOTUS judges.

Sorry for the misspelling.
As for Fedderman, being able to speak clearly of not the man is a full blown wacko. Don't get me wrong, I thought OZ was a terrible candidate also but at least he has the ability to function. We will see how long Fedderman remains in office before hopefully, the Governor appoints someone other than a rutebaga to represent the people of PA.
These are mine:
Trumpism is dying. Fading away like the Tea Party did.
Brandon is not well liked by dems.
Republicans will control the House but not as much as anticipated.
Nevada will probably get a Republican senator. That would give them a net gain of one which gives them slight control of the senate.
Hopefully this will be enough to keep the catastrophic policies of dims in check but not enough to reverse the disastrous course which is what is really needed.
So it’s kind of wait and see for the next two years.
Some less obvious but should be obvious conclusions:
About half of America wants the status quo. That is they want:
High inflation
High energy prices
Shortages of goods and services
An increasing percentage of the population on social security and welfare
High taxes
More government interference in their lives
High crime
An open border with somewhere between 1 in 2 and 1 in 3 of all illegal aliens in the US having arrived in the last four (counted to 2024) years.
A disastrous foreign policy
That's what voting the Democrats to remain in power is getting you.
It will be interesting to see how the 1% respond.
Extending our recession hurts the world so it limits where they can go to make a buck so do they just cash out and sip cocktails in the islands or look at India or, even Russia ?
They can stay right where they're at and know with certainty that the oligarchy / dictatorship won't lay a finger on them so long as they don't make waves. They won't even have to pay actual taxes either...
