Three suspects in San Bernadino shooting?

I can't recall a shooting of this 'size' where the suspects escaped before. With the current report of 14 dead and 14 wounded that's not just a quick 15 second drill and then leave. Seems they usually kill themselves, get killed in a shootout with the cops or get arrested.
 
I guess with all the technology we have available today it seems difficult that people could commit an act this size and get away like this. However clearly they have been able to do so (at least so far).

Usually it's lunatics who may not have the most fleshed out plan. Prolly was a.fifteen second deal and then they headed out for their escape.
Just heard there was a meeting involving the developmentally challenged officials. Can't imagine why they hate the government's treatment of them or that the government is dealing with them but these were not your garden variety loonies.
 
The name Farooq Saeed was apparently mentioned over the police scanner soon after the incident.

Seems pretty early to have a name, if true.

Unless... they were already being followed.
 
It appears the police killed one, have another, not sure if that one is dead or alive and not clear on the status of the third one.
 
So these guys were found five hours later less than a mile from scene? What were they doing in the meantime? This is all crazy.

"Investigators believe there were three gunmen and one of them had worked at the facility and recently had a dispute with fellow employees, according to law enforcement officials. A witness has told police that although the gunmen had their faces covered, one of them sounded and appeared very similar to an employee who had left the facility earlier in the day. “They had their appearances covered but a witness believed it had been someone who worked there,” said one official."
