It is damn sure too gentle for me. If that had been my daughter, what I would do to those boys would make the Spanish Inquisition look like Mr. Rogers Neighborhood.

The strangest aspect of all this for me is that surely those guys would have had no difficulty finding women. I daresay there were many that were throwing themselves at them. So what kind of pleasure they actually got from all that is beyond me. Also the fact that there were many witnesses, both male and female, yet nobody saw fit to report it.

There was no 'violence' in the classic sense of this rape....no threats, no beating, no choking, arm twisting, etc.....

The only violence was the rape itself and the girl didn't even realize she'd been raped when she regained consciousness, until she viewed the pictures and asked
others what happened.....

Sex in the media has been prevalent for the last 50 years, and you're claiming that rape hasn't increased in that 50 years.....
Exposure the sex in media CAN'T get any more prevalent unless its taught by more than 3 classes in middle school.....

This was a crime of opportunity and most likely peer-pressure (acting macho in front of others)

Did they actually rape her or was it sexual assault? As far as I can see they inserted their fingers into her vagina but didn't have full sex with her. I expect they thought it was hilarious at the time showing off to their mates.

As far as I know, the boys were convicted of rape....didn't hear all the gory details....

And as far as this being about 'control' and 'violence'.....there was no classic "violence" such as beating punching or threats....
And control ?.....how the hell do you control an unconsciousness person....hold them down with your little finger maybe....? tie them up with imaginary chain ?

This wasn't about violence or control or hate.....so to claim all rapes are about those things, is just plain inaccurate left wing bs.....
If wasn't even about sex in normal meaning of sex.
