Anyone stupid enough to drive without wearing their seatbelt is too stupid to be allowed to complain.

If someone is driving without their seatbelt they are less able to control their vehicle, much more likely to suffer serious injuries, and should get a ticket and be bitch-slapped.

Let me add, the above rant applies only to people driving on public roads. If youare driving on private property without a seatbelt you are still an idiot but no tickets or bitch-slapping should apply.

I understand perfectly how the seatbelt protects you from injury, but how the fuck does it enhance their ability to control their vehicle?
