Heh, that's funny but they said he was treated with IV antibiotics. My guess is moderate to severe pneumonia. I'm hoping that his useless and now seditious days on the bench are numbered in but double digits.

AFAIK you and your GF aren't judges on any courts. Ginni and her husband have the same political beliefs. The question is whether or not he believes in and supports her spreading misinformation about 1/6.
No, you're not a Supreme Court Justice whose decisions can affect millions. Thomas has demonstrated with recent votes though that he shares his wife's views and is ruling from a political stance rather than interpretation of the Constitution. Therefore, he needs to either resign or recuse himself from any cases involving the former administration, the terrorist attack on the Capitol, and/or the ex-IMPOTUSx2.
