Also, in 1965 Moynihan did make that report. But he said nothing about slavery being the cause. Sowell is merely concocting these so-called liberal myths.

You have to understand, he enjoys the victim mentality that still enslaves so many Black people in America. The left instituted it and count on it to win elections then they do nothing to help.
