its not that. Its that something like 90% of professors have liberal leanings while only 10% have conservative ones. It pretty much hands the future to the libs

I never said that. Capitalism is great. I love capitalism. I am a Capitalist. I'm just not an irrational free market true believer. Hell I love Capitalism so much I work in the Corporate HQ of a major corporation but for Capitalism to work, for it to lift all boats, not just yours, it needs to be regulated. Lassiez-faire capitalism sucks, it promotes trusts and monopolies that enrich the few at the cost of the many and creates boom and bust cycles that periodically destroys economies. It simply doesn't work. So don't lay that canard on me.

And hell yea you you were criticizing Universities for being liberal cause you were using "liberal" as a pejorative Wacko.

Mott, I said capitalism won the Cold War which is true. You are the one who started making assumptions of how I was referencing capitalism. That's on you.

Clearly you didn't pay attention to the conversation I was having with tsuke and its context and thus you got all offended about liberals in universities. Again that's on you.

Clearly I have and you're responding with another strawman. You we're the one who made the illogical ad hom that those who question capitalism or believe that regulation might be needed are "anti-capitalist". I merely pointed out your logical fallacy and ad hom attack with relevant information. That being, that the free market "laissez-faire" fanatics are a greater danger to capitalism than those who call for its regulation.

Mott, your folks must have been pissed and sent you to Michigan for summer schooling at some point to claim capitalism winning the cold war is a strawman or logical fallacy ad hom.

Agreed, not funny nor has most of the show been since Jon left.. Not really a fan of Noah.. He can occasionally be funny, Jon Stewart he is not..

its sad that under the leadership of the republican party the left managed to get the daily show, the colbert show, and others to reach out to a wider audience and all you losers could come up with was the national review :/

You can't win the war on ideas when your ideas dont even get heard.

Maybe one day someone will come up with an invention like the internet and TV won't be the only place people get their news. If we could get some right wing voices on the radio that would be awesome too. Maybe even a news channel that broadcasts conservative voices.

even the news station. Consider how many are left leaning vs fox. Internet. Conservatives get banned on twitter all the time and facebook is facebook. Conservatives really are losing the war and we need to admit it or else it will continue.
