Have you ever tried to report an adult for mental issues? Nothing will be done unless they are an immediate danger to themselves or others. Maybe dangerous doesn't work.
In Darrell's case, the State had him not once but twice and they still let him go. Now tell me it's the parent's fault their adult son became a murderer.
