Obama had them stopped in their tracks with inspectors. If Iran has had weapons grade nuclear material, why did Trump just sit on his hands in his first term? and for a year in his second?
Clearly Obama prevented this from happening, if it happened it was after his watch.

The inspectors knew they did not have weapons grade uranium, Trump also knew it in his first term, or he was terribly negligent.
Obama prevented weapons grade uranium from being created in his term. Even The PP says they were weeks away from developing it just a few weeks ago.
