Yes, I saw this earlier. I wouldn't get too excited though as it is very small scale at the moment, there is a large amount of R&D needed to make it viable on a commercial basis.

Interesting idea but it seems to me that it has a long, long way to go. Even if an energy system is developed that is carbon neutral for manufacturing this fuel the energy balance still isn't there. It takes more energy to create the fuel, by far, then what is manufactured.
