The police work 24/7, so when they have "lunch" can be anytime, not necessarily when normal people eat. "Lunch" at 4:30 in the morning is not uncommon.
Zaxby's isn't open for "lunch" at 4:30 am.

And why is the wife the one talking to reporters?
NOTHING I have read indicates she was there with her husband and his partner when the "events" went down.

Once again, Zappa refusing to clarify his words. Oh, I'm sure he will accuse of playing gotcha games, because that is much easier and shows a guilty conscience, than simply clarifying his comments. Very much like a certain troll on this forum does. Perhaps you are his sock.
No, that post implies I am questioning the police version of events at the restaurant.
But who says they were there at the "lunch rush," Other than you?
As I stated quite clearly earlier:
Now then, which word don't you understand?
The wives didn't talk to reporters. The sheriff posted on Facebook. Did you read your own story?

Where is your proof it occurred during lunch rush hour?
The cop's OWN WORDS!
Can you REALLY be this dim?
Oh wait...my mistake.
I forgot who I was talking to for a second.
Just like your pal Legion/Leo, but of course you don't hold them to the same standard.

o sheriff’s deputies from North Carolina say they were taunted by employees over the weekend and served overly spicy food at a fast food restaurant.
A Facebook post by one deputy’s wife has gone viral, after she described how her husband and another Cleveland County sheriff’s deputy were mocked and served tainted food Sunday at a Zaxby’s franchise in Shelby, reported WBTV-TV.
“I have pretty much kept my mouth shut, publicly, about the status of our country these days…but enough is enough!” the wife posted on social media. “It is tough enough to watch my husband put on his uniform and go out into a world full of hate towards cops, all while I sit home and worry if he will return home safely. But today just put the icing on the cake.”
The woman described how the two deputies, who were on duty and wearing their uniforms, were mistreated at the fried chicken restaurant three days after a gunman killed five police officers and wounded five others at a Black Lives Matter demonstration in Dallas.
“As they walked up to place their orders, the boys in the back cooking the food started yelling at them and calling them names,” she wrote. “Being the professional deputies that they are, neither of them replied to the rude comments or acknowledged it. Then, as they sat down to eat their food, my husband realized that the boys had put the hottest sauce possible on my his wings — to the point where his food wasn’t even fit to eat.”
WBTV spoke to the woman’s husband, who asked to remain anonymous, and he confirmed her account of the incident.
Yeah, I see nothing in the article that mentions the time of day this occurred or what meal this was.

There are two lies in this post. 1. The cops own words; and 2. that anything was said about "rush hour".
Here is the story YOU posted:
Any honest person with a reading aptitude of a 2nd grader can see that it was the WIFE who made the comments and the husband merely confirmed her version. And anyone can see it was said only that they went to eat there on Sunday, it doesn't even mention lunch, let alone rush hour.
Can you REALLY be this dim?
Oh wait...my mistake.
I forgot who I was talkign to for a second.
What is the lie lying pacifist?
