And both may very well be true. I'm not the only health care professional who has noticed Trump's obvious mental and physical decline. I'm not the only one who has noticed and commented on Biden's issues with his speech impairment. Whether that impairment is due to dementia, Parkinson's, medications, or what though is impossible for me to say. Ditto for Trump's obvious problems.
I'm not surprised a LPN like you wouldn't know, your specialty is bed pans. This is what a DEMOCRAT quadruple Board Certified Neurologist has to say about Biden's obvious dementia.

Every time Biden has talked to the press, he has shown no signs of dementia. He has 2 kinds of cancer to deal with now. He will not be able to respond to crazy right-wing crapola. he is an old sick man. But so is Trump. There are many psychologists who talk about Trump's obvious mental problems. He also has legal and ethical problems.

He clearly had indications of cognitive decline. Whether or not that has crossed into dementia is unknown, but it does explain why he made very few press appearances compared to other Presidents. Trump is an exception since he looooves to be in the limelight regardless how stupid he looks.

The only thing I saw was his freeze in the debate. That was a serious problem. All the right wing bleating about Biden's mental problems made me pay close attention to his talks. He seemed fine to me. He is suffering a bit from old age slowdown. I was looking for what the right was saying and it was not there.He clearly had indications of cognitive decline. The debate was definitely a game-changer. Still, he had several instances of drawing a blank, wandering around and clearly "showing his age".
I refuse to vote for anyone over 65. Hillary's campaign ad about the 3AM phone call is an excellent reason for the need of younger person in the Oval Office.
I am Joes age and have no cognitive problems. I saw that Biden was slowing down enough that 4 more years were problematic. He was going to be 86. That, for most people, is too old. Trump is younger and is suffering mentally, and that is coupled with his total lack of interest in history, economics, science and what the presidency requires.

My mom died with a clear mind at 83. My dad died at a year earlier about the same age of Alzheimer's. Because of radiation treatments I asked for and received an in-depth cognitive exam. Not just the MoCA, but a 45-minute session with an expert examiner. The results were slightly better than average for my age (69). We're all different. Again, I'd never vote for another President over 65. Reagan was my last.
Biden was showing evidence of cognitive decline even before the debate. I liked him but he fucked up by running for a second term. He should have retired to become the Grandpa of the nation regardless who won.
