BS - theres a huge diference between a 19yo MAN and 14 yo girl.

Yes, but to make him register as a sex offender seems ridiculous. That he was arrested and prosecuted for statutory rape is right. That the law could not see the level and difference of his offense than that of an actual rapist or child molester is unjust.
