President Barack Obama will stay in Washington on Wednesday to oversee the response to Hurricane Sandy, canceling another day of campaigning roughly a week before Election Day...

So let's say a switch fails at work, bringing part of the network down. I replace the switch, and flash it with the config that I had backed up from the old one. I bring everything back online. Am I putting the company's interests ahead of my own, or am I simply doing my fucking job?

So when Obama does it right hes just doing his job huh?

Never any credit for doing good but all the blame for the mess your team left us

Mitt Romney was the 70th governor to serve Massachusetts, but was an absentee governor during the four years from 2003-2007.

Mitt Romney was absent for 417 days to be exact, a little over a year that Romney was absent from the job he was elected to do on November 5, 2002.

romney did in fact do his job. MA did very well under his leadership.

poor desperate liberals, it cracks me up to see the craziness the closer we get to the election.

Do you call this doing your job "very well"?

Massachusetts under Romney:

Stagnant job growth: During Governor Romney’s term, Massachusetts fell from 36th to 47th out of 50 states in job creation, while the overall U.S. economy grew.

Declining manufacturing: By the end of Governor Romney’s term, Massachusetts had lost more than 40,000 manufacturing jobs—a rate twice the national average.

Higher taxes: Gov. Romney raised taxes on the middle class, but pushed through a tax cut that overwhelmingly benefited 278 of the wealthiest individuals in MA.

i'm so tired of debunking this crap you spew. i've citd it multiple times and each and every time you ignore it. MA did in fact improve under romney. job growth, gdp growth etc...i'll give you one example...the state did not end up 47th...it ended up 30th

stop getting all your talking points from far left wing sites zappa. you will learn something about the world.

Did I say Massachusetts ENDED UP in 47th?

Nowhere did I make such an allegation...the fact remains that under Romney, Massachusetts fell from 36th to 47th in job creation.

It's no wonder we can't have an honest discussion.

you really need to work on conveying your thoughts more concisely. when someone says "fell from X to Y" that typically means the start and end of something. and your context clearly indicated that, so it was a logical deduction to conclude that you meant his term started at 36 and ended at 47. stop being such hate filled jerk and assume i'm being dishonest. try for once to think about how YOU convey your words.

further, it started out at 47 under romney, it did not fall. why did you conveniently not mention how it ended up at 30? is it because it would destroy your talking point? please stop relying on left wing talking points. thank you.

When Romney didn't do his "fucking job", the righties didn't seem to care, did they?

You are confusing what his 'job' actually was. He had the position of Governor but his job was to find more ways to make more money and pay less tax to the benefit of himself and his family. Total success.

LOL, so after Doltaire attempted to claim Obama's performance was nothing special, the righties ignore the fact that Romney was AWOL for a quarter of his term as Governor?
