Collusion isn't illegal. The term collusion is exactly the reason why you can make assumptions or predictions based on no known evidence. Because its not actually a crime. Conspiracy is an alternative that is actually a crime. But then the investigators and you would have to prove without a doubt of guilt and intent. Which as of right now can't be done. And given the way Comey cleared Hillary, "extreme carelessness", it's likely that it would be impossible to prove conspiracy. Because they can say, "well it wasn't our intent to swing the election. We were just doing oppo research".

But once again, you're making assumptions of guilt based on ifs and maybes. And that is not how the law works. Its not how the criminal justice system works. If you have some magical hidden evidence that no one has seen yet, that proves guilt without a shadow of a doubt, please provide it. Otherwise wait for Mueller to release whatever it is he has or wait for him to announce there's nothing to find. Until then, you cannot assume guilt. Innocent until proven guilty.
