Which one do you believe is true?

Do you believe Obama did enough to stop it? Do you agree with Debbie Wasserman Schultz's decision to rebuff FBI and DHS help in investigating the seminal event at the heart of the so called Russian hacking?

Well, by not doing something he made it political. Me thinks you will see the Russian hacking story fade away into the sunset.
 
The POTUS isn't the only one. Dems are turning on each other:

Rep. Adam Schiff, the top-ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, said Sunday the Obama administration should have done more to counter Russia’s meddling in the U.S. election.

"I think the administration needed to call out Russia earlier, needed to act to deter and punish Russia earlier, and that was a very serious mistake," Schiff, of California, said in a televised interview with CNN.

No one in congress is even doubting the unanimous conclusions of the I C.

Obama knew about the Russian hacking and did nothing. He was part of the conspiracy to elect The Don.
