This Is A Mormon Ritual

Oh so being an atheist is in itself some kind of an attack? If you watched the video I posted it was explained in text and some of those beliefs should be known and understood. That isn't ridicule, that's information. Are you Mormon, is that why you're having such a reaction? I was around when JFK had to deal with being the first Catholic to be running for the office...when Obama had to explain his religious beliefs....and Romney's purely American religion is off limits? Have I said anything disgusting that comes anywhere close to the types of horrible things that were posted regarding Obama's faith? I posted a video of information I didn't know and apparently is supposed to be kept secret...nothing more, nothing less.

Are you pretending that you just happened to start this thread to provide nonjudgmental "information" about Mormonism during a campaign in which the man you oppose is Mormon?

Yes, rightwingers engaged in smear tactics against JFK and Obama.

It was wrong to mock their religion then, and it's wrong to mock Romney's religion now.

the fact is, both sides engage in smear tactics and both sides have smeared the other candidate's religion.
 
Kennedy was a pretty shitty Catholic, so it wasn't much of a milestone. At least come January 20th we will have a protestant president and Catholic vice president who don't cheat on their wives.

Are you pretending that it hasn't been stated numerous times by fanatics that they are working toward making this a theocracy? What the hell do you think is happening in Texas with the school books? Do you know? Do you care? Maybe this subject is off limits to you but to those of us paying attention it's something to stay abreast of. In this film there is information that is important. Like it or not. Period.
