I find it absolutely astounding that the federal government put such a huge amount of effort to investigate, arrest, and convict using facial recognition and many other means, yet apparently their hands are tied in cases like SWATTING and classified material handling by higher ups in the government.............

So talking to someone is detaining them? Please. The only arrests made that day were inside the capitol. By their presence there, they were by definition not innocents.

Things that WILL send you to jail:

- Defend your ranch from illegals
- Peacefully protest outside an abortion clinic
- Walk into the Capitol building on J6

Are you sure? In the chaos of that day I'm willing to bet that some innocent bystanders were detained.

You may lose. Your belief is not a fact to discuss. Innocent bystanders did not go into the building. The ones charged were doing violence and it is taped. They have lots of cameras. And many took videos.
