No, I don't want him dead. I am just speaking to the reality of the situation. The N bomb is a vile word, there is never cause to use it... ever. But it is especially profoundly ignorant to do so in a profession where your colleagues are predominantly black and you are white. I doubt anyone takes a shot at him, because my guess is the players will quietly let the owners know they are not going to play with a racist piece of shit. Like McCoy, I think they will take the higher ground... but that kid should be done in the NFL.

I think that's a little harsh. I think the NFL should have handed down a suspension, but I also believe in 2nd chances.

I went to Marquette and at the time the mascot was a Warrior.
Yet the above was considered racist (by the all white board of trustees)... hence the change to the golden eagles.
This history of the name may be complex and varied, but it's racist.

Nice... that Defense was awesome that game. That said, Marquette was supposed to be a middle of the pack Big East team after losing three stars to graduation. Making it to the elite 8 was incredible, they epitomized a TEAM. 'Cuse just had too much talent for us with the Final Four on the line. Though we did give you guys one of your losses on the year (albeit at Marquette)
