Dude, this what drives me to exasperation with many rural conservative/libertarions. This naive notion that what works out in Bum Fuck, Texas where their are more sheep then people will work in a geographical region containing 40 million people! This disconnect you have with urban and metropolitan parts of the country is just frustrating beyond belief. Why can't you understand that conditions that apply in a sparsely populated region cannot work in densly populated urban regios. This is very serious disconnect.

the serious disconnect lies with in the inability of people to think small, act small. the entire city of dallas would literally crumble if some natural disaster hit it head on, but the many suburbs and city neighborhoods of dallas could do just fine by themselves IF they acted like they are a single entity.
