THEY ARE ZIPTYING BLACK AND BROWN KIDS, MAYOR SAYS

I don't recall any Democrats crying when this was going on.

Those look like zip ties on their wrists - was Obama a racist who hated brown people?

Do you?

They must be using those invisible zip ties since no zip ties appear in that photo on their wrists.

Perhaps Diogenes is so deep in the cult he has never seen people put their own hands behind their back.

So you say. Maybe your eyesight is failing because you masturbate so much.

Juveniles (specifically unaccompanied migrant minors) were zip-tied by U.S. immigration officials, including Border Patrol agents, during Barack Hussein Obama's two terms in office (2009–2017).

This practice occurred as part of standard apprehension and short-term detention procedures for children crossing the border without adults, particularly amid the 2014 surge of over 68,000 unaccompanied minors from Central America fleeing violence and poverty.

Reports from that period, including ACLU lawsuits and NPR investigations, documented Border Patrol using zip ties on these children during processing at facilities like the Fort Brown station in Texas, where overcrowding led to jail-like conditions with restraints applied for security during transfers or holding.

Former Obama DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson acknowledged in 2019 that such chain-link enclosures and related restraint methods (including zip ties) predated the Trump era and were used under Obama to manage the influx.

The same practice continued under Autopen Joe Biden's administration (2021–2025), with even larger surges—over 526,000 unaccompanied minors encountered at the southwest border from FY2021–2024, more than double Obama-era peaks.

Border Patrol and ICE agents zip-tied juveniles during apprehensions and processing, as confirmed in DHS Inspector General reports and congressional hearings highlighting systemic issues like overcrowding in Rio Grande Valley facilities. For instance, a 2023 DHS OIG report noted "dangerous overcrowding" at Border Patrol sites where restraints were routine for safety amid record volumes (e.g., 152,000 in FY2021 alone), and 2025 oversight hearings revealed ongoing use during welfare checks and transfers to HHS.

Biden's policies aimed to reduce detention times and vet sponsors more quickly to avoid "kids in cages" optics, but this led to rushed releases and untracked minors, exacerbating vulnerabilities without eliminating zip-tying at the initial apprehension stage. In summary, zip-tying of unaccompanied juveniles by immigration officials happened under both administrations as a tactical restraint method during border enforcement, driven by surges in crossings.

Obama did it; Biden amplified it amid record numbers, with added scrutiny over post-release exploitation. Neither administration's policies uniquely invented or ended the practice—it's tied to Border Patrol protocols for handling large groups of minors in high-risk environments.

My eyesight is just fine. Your being in a cult seem to make you imagine things in photos that aren't there.
The people in the photo do NOT have anything on their wrists. Actual handcuff zip ties would be readily visible since they are about 1/2 the thickness of the watch being worn by the one agent.
