Globalization has to occur. It's just a matter of when/time.

If China makes a pair of shoes for $25 and the US charges $100 for the same thing China is going to export all their shoes and the US won't be exporting any. That is a race to the bottom.

The goal is to find new ways to do things. Research and development.
