Yeah, that's not a daily carry loadout.Alex Pretii had a loaded magazine in his Sig and two full magazines. That is about 50 rounds. Why would he need 50 rounds

Tbh, I think the Sig-Sauer going off after the officer stripped it is what got him killed.
Pretty sure the "gun" call came a second after that, when he went for what wasn't there, and the LEOs had every reason to believe he was shooting. (especially after his turd gun had an accidental discharge)
A) He was fighting the police.
B) He was fighting the police while armed. That there reduces your chances of survival to about 10% or less.
C) Officers perceived a reasonable threat.
