I don't know. I do know I lost me wallet a couple of weeks ago with all of my credit cards, VA information, drivers license, the whole works in it. A guy called about 9:30 PM and told me he had it. Turns out he was also a disabled Vet, and an alcoholic. Dropped off my wallet the next day.
