So he had dealings with a Russian billionaire 10 years ago. I wonder if I can count the number of 'Manaforts' in the government who had dealings with Russians [NOT the Russian government] on both hands and feet?

well you can look to China for the new world order,but you can't get there with a deadlocked Europe awash in
a Cold War 2.0 lockdown.
You can hate Putin till the cows come home,and look to China for new enterprise, but you simply cannot ignore the NATO/Russian Cold war
