We shall see if it was a good shoot.
There is no possible universe where Pretti's killing was a "good shoot", everyone needs to move on from that. The story that he had pulled a gun, and was about to shoot ICE agents before being killed is not possible. Clearly he did not have a gun when killed, and was not about to kill anyone. There is no possible universe where this was self defense.

It could still be mistaken self defense. That would be a bad shoot, but at least not a felony. Mistaken self defense is a positive defense, so it must be presented to be considered. The killers need to convince the jury that in their mind they thought he was a threat, even though he was not a threat.

And there lies the problem. They claimed he was a "domestic terrorist" who had pulled a gun on them, even after they knew for sure that he had not. They destroyed the footage he took of the incident. And most important they lied, repeatedly. So they have to convince a jury that while they have said a lot of lies about the incident, they are telling the truth about one part of it.

At first it seems kind of believable, that they mistook a cell phone for a gun... But then you realize they were focused on that cell phone from the beginning. They wanted to take that cell phone away from Pretti, because it was what he was using to film their crimes. That cell phone was the reason he was beating Pretti. They knew it was a cell phone, and wanted to take it away. When they killed him, they took the cell phone and destroyed it. That is destroying the evidence.

So a bad shoot, and probably murder.

You know you're never right.... This is another one of those times....

Yes we should move to because it's one less bat shit crazy leftist we're going to have to deal with in the future.

Agreed. It's obvious from the videos. Straight up murder from the first shot to the last.

The first shot at Renee Good was debateable but the subsequent shots were murder.

Pretti did not have a gun pointed at ICE, so not a "righteous kill." That you continue to lie about it, a week later, makes it hard to believe claims it was an accidental killing.
Freddie is "unwell" and is being groomed to be a patsy for the globalist white nationalists.

I pray he will be better, but am saddened that he will never get the help he needs before he harms himself or others.

Pointed at = new fake made up criteria.

stfu, dummy.

There is no possible universe where Pretti's killing was a "good shoot",
Pretti got himself killed. His was a good shoot; Pretti made such the only possible outcome. Everyone needs to move on from that.

The story that he had pulled a gun, and was about to shoot ICE agents before being killed is not possible.
The clear video showing that he reached for his gun (that he didn't know was no longer there) closes out this story and files it under "Suicide by Cop." Now details are emerging that he was unhappy and quite possibly could have been seeking to end his life, corroborating the suicide angle.

Clearly he did not have a gun when killed,
Irrelevant. Explained above.

and was not about to kill anyone.
He gave all armed law enforcement officers reason to believe he was on the cusp of trying to kill them.

There is no possible universe where this was self defense.
It was self defense. Was Pretti in the process of violently resisting arrest? Yes? Say no more.

It could still be [correctly perceived] as self defense.
FTFY.

And there lies the problem.
There is no problem. The problem died when Pretti assumed room temperature.

They claimed he was a "domestic terrorist" who had pulled a gun on them
They did not claim this. You are dishonestly pretending to speak for them.

, even after they knew for sure that he had not.
They only knew for sure that he had not once he was dead. Prior to that, they and Pretti assumed Pretti's loaded gun was still in his waistband. Pretti then reached for it while violently resisting arrest, winning him the daily Darwin Award.

Has the S&P 500 reached well below 5,000 yet?

They destroyed the footage he took of the incident.
We have multiple clear angles; there are no outstanding questions, doubts or concerns.

And most important they lied, repeatedly.
Most importantly, you lie repeatedly. You haven't said anything truthful in this post.

So they have to convince a jury that while they have said a lot of lies about the incident, they are telling the truth about one part of it.
They don't have to convince anyone of anything. The video closes out this incident.

At first it seems kind of believable, that they mistook a cell phone for a gun...
At first it seems kind of believable, a leftist protester being so stupid as to bring a loaded weapon to a beligerent FAFO with law enforcement officers engaged in law enforcement activities ... and if that is all it had been, without Pretti violently resisting arrest and reaching for his loaded weapon, we might not have this case study in stupidity.

What I notice about leftists is that they will drone on and on and on about everything OTHER THAN what Pretti and Good did to get themselves killed. @Walt, your whole schtick is dismissed.

But then you realize they were focused on that cell phone from the beginning.
Nope. They were focused on Pretti's irrational belligerence that might get one of them killed. That is on what they were focused.

They wanted to take that cell phone away from Pretti
Aaaaahhh, I was waiting for your omniscience fallacy; all leftists operate on one. Let's see if you are as omniscient as you claim. I want something right now. What is it?

That cell phone was the reason he was beating Pretti.
What was the reason Pretti was being belligerent with a loaded weapon? Would you jump ahead to that part?

There is no problem. The problem died when Pretti assumed room temperature.
Do you ever think that someone will sneak into your room and fix it so you assume room temperature, Sybil?

Do you hope someone cares enough about your pain that they put you out of your misery? Will it be in your food? Your medication?

This goes on every day at the local level but our state owned media doesn't
want you to hear about it. The movie "Training Day" is based on the real life story of Rafael Pérez whose book describes the more a cop is willing to terrorize we the people, the higher he goes up in rank and pay.

Dirty cops make a lot of money, the dirtier the better.

The USA has over a thousand police killings a year, which is 5 to 50 times higher per capita than any other developed country. How much is because we have worse police and how much because we have more violent civilians is up for question, but we really should be doing something about it.

It has everything to do with the low moral plane the President has put you on assuming you were not already there.
So nothing to do with the President... Absolutely nothing.... But I'm curious what you mean by "low moral plane ".... There's plenty of unbelievable low morals and hate here on the forum , but it's mostly Democrats...

A shame you can't see it.

No, it's not mostly Democrats. It's mostly people who shrug off or even enjoy events such as a five year old school boy yanked from his family.
