So if you only have 99.5% of your questions answered then you refuse to do the work? If someone is supposed to meet you and they show up five minutes late you refuse to do the work until they show up on time for a meeting? If you only have 99.5% of the information and the person is supposed to have a plan in place next week, you refuse to do the work? I doubt that is the case or you would have been fired a long time ago.
The problem with your argument is that you are completely ignoring how people and the real world work. Counting jobs will never and can never be complete. When counting people that work in a week, how do you count someone that is fired on Monday afternoon? How do you count someone that started a job on Saturday afternoon? Since you are so f-ing sure you know how to do the job of counting, why don't you tell us how you would do it with no missing information and no need for revisions. Keep in mind, you need to do the work in a timely fashion. Oh wait. You are a complete moron, so you have no clue how to do the job you claim someone else doesn't know how to do.
